I personally stayed away from erythritol when I did this program as it is counted as a carb. These carbs affect people differently too. They could cause you not to lose the weight as you would like, digestive issues or maybe something else. I personally loved using monk fruit without any additions if I needed something sweet. All of the dessert items on my site that I made since April last year or so use mostly monk fruit.
That being said, this is still your program that you are doing. It's just strongly not adviced.
