Sausage and pepperoni with sugar or dextrose
That is a great question! So this is how I look at it. Obviously sugar and dextrose are not typically what you want on keto and are not optimal at all. However, pepperoni cured with dextrose is ALOT better than a snickers bar. I would just gauge how you feel and your weightless. If you feel good, are losing weight and it makes the diet affordable. Go for it! If you see that your stalling ( no weight loss for 10 day+ ) or are having brain fog after your meal. That might be the culprit. I hope the helps!
