I’m about to begin off boarding and was wondering if anyone also tapered off their exercise? I had been increasing my cardio from 10 mins once a week, and now I’m up to 22 mins about 4-5 days a week. Also I do about an hour of weightlifting 5 days a week and usually one round of golf once a week(pushing a cart). So now that this round of DSK is over should I slowly start to decrease my cardio in the same way increased it? I still plan to lift and golf the same amount.
