I think I finally figured out where we got off track. I think (and y'all can correct me if I'm wrong) that the coaches thought that my GOAL was to get to 65% fat, whereas that was actually my lower limit. That's why they kept asking me "why 65%?" Based on what you said I'mma move to Phase II on Sunday...That's the day I change my macros each week. (currently at 70% fat)
