Move to Phase 1?
I started onboarding 2/4 with macros of 129f - 63p - 10c - 1453 cal roughly (got these through keto savage site)
I'm female 5'4" started at 172 saw immediate weightloss (nothing big - scale moving down steadily)
fast forward to today -currently @ 166f - 86p - 10c - 1876cal roughly
noticed weight flux up and down hit lowest(166.9) last week and this week slowly trending up (weighted in @ 170.8 this morning) - also feeling bloated (lady time is coming soon also)
Time to move on or wait another week...? next weeks macros are 177f - 93p -10c - 2001cal
To me, it does sound like you are close. You have two variables going on though, an increase of calories and the time of the month. Since it's only about 1 pound up and you are starting your period, I say give it one more week and asses things after that.
Is the 170.8 the highest you have been since you have not been at a constant decrease?
Do you typically gain weight when you have your period?
I weigh myself everyday but never really tracked (wrote down) my weight on a daily basis.. til now.. but I don't recall gaining weight during period time. I have PCOS and my cycles have rarely been spot on regular so I know period time is close but not exactly sure when it will start

if I give it one more week - would I stay at same macros or move up?
