I’m in phase 1 and long story short (involving wine and cookies and a couple holidays) I am at the weight I was supposed to be at 2 weeks ago.  I’m 10 pounds above my target for today. I’ve carried on at the recommended macros but wondering if  there’s something else I can do to recover. Please help.

All you can do now is just keep on going as if it didn't happen. Also, pay no attention to the 'suggested' weight loss number in the spreadsheet. 

What phase and week are you on with this program?

I’m in week 5 of phase 1. The going off the program happened in week 3. Lesson learned.

Yeah, it can suck going off plan like that. However, the lesson learned is also very valuable as well. 🙂

The lesson REALLY sunk in this time. I have to admit that wine and I just do not go together well. Hard and embarrassing to say that but I have to realize that I have goals that mean a lot to me and that I’m working so hard for. Thanks for responding!
