Phase 1 update
Just thought I would give you all a quick update on my progress so far.
I’m finishing up week 3 of dsk. I’ve been consistently going down in weight this week. I’m still trying my best to get in my electrolytes but it has been tricky. Overall I feel pretty good other than lack of sleep. Also I haven’t been able to work out since I’m so tired in the mornings and I don’t have time during the day because of school.
The weekends have been my most difficult days to hit my macros because of work. I’m hopefully going to start meal prepping soon to make it easier.
I will try my best to keep updating you all on a regular basis despite my busy schedule.

I’ve been having some trouble this week staying keto. Yesterday I had a cheat meal because my cousin invited me over for dinner. And today was bad too. But overall I’ve noticed my weight fluctuating last week and this week as well.
So I think that starting Monday I will move onto phase 2.
so unlike most nights when I travel I didn't even have any wine zero instead I had my pre-packaged food for dinner with the an herbal tea and cream forgot to stevia alright no biggie didn't miss it this morning I woke up after about eight hours of sleep with a terrible headache potassium deficiency smart water has no electrolytes it's a scam one zipfizz later 100%
Day one starts today!
I have my meals planned & logged so I know my ratios are on point. Made some fat bombs to help me with the fat jump since I'm usually 125g/130g & now am 167g of fat. Had my first bpc of my life to start the morning...ummm yum😊
