Should I redo second week?
I have been on vacation for a week and it’s been hard to hit my macros. I’ve been over and way under.... so I feel like I don’t know if I could give this week a good assessment of it’s my protein threshold. Any suggestions if I should redo this week or not. And also if I need to change the dates on the spreadsheet?
