I need help bad
i still have not lost any inches, weight which that idc, I am very bloated in my mid sect and can’t figure out y and I can’t get a response here. After this week if I don’t have some type one relief I quit! Seriously my body is not responding my macros on point same with workouts. I’m just at a loss. I have been Keto for 3 rays by the way so it’s not like I am not adapted
@meghannlaberge hmm it could be an issue with breaking down the fat. I would recommend getting some bile salts and taking them with your meals. For now until you get some, try having some apple cider vinegar in the mornings ( 1 TBS mixed with water) to aid in digestion.
