Numbers won't populate in phase 2

I need some help with the spreadsheet for phase 2, I put in the weight ans % and it won't populate.

Thanks, that helped. 🙂

Along with putting the date in that spot, you also need to add the weight you were on that date.

I'm also curious as to why you choose to go to phase 2 at this point. Also, did you want to put in 75% preferred fat? I ask this because of what phase 1 shows me.

I was just trying to get it set up to see what to expect with macros. Phase 1 ends in 10 days so I wanted to be prepared with food prep and meal ideas. The 75% is coming from the pie chart in Phase 1. 

 

I added my weight but nothing happened.

I reopened the sheet you gave me, did you add the weight to cell B2 in the phase 2 spreadsheet? 

Ah, gotcha with the percent. Also, one thing to know is that you can change the fat % if you wish. I changed mine of what was populated. 

With finding your protein threshold, have you noticed any changes so far with how you feel or how your weight has been affected?
