for sure different flours effect people in different ways. On a re-feed I don’t believe it is an issue as long as it’s not in excess or you use so much it makes you go over your carbs. Even Roberts re-feed pizza recipe has almond flour and he didn’t say anything about it not being DSK when he watched it. I’ll have to ask him.
That being said.... if your sensitive to flours or don’t feel comfortable using them. You can easily swap the flours for crushed pork rinds in weight and just leave it in the fridge/ freezer to let it harden and combine a little longer

However this recipe in particular is 5.5 total carbs per Calzone so you could have 2 for your refeed and be fine.
The extra carb or 2 you go over 10 on a refeed will not be detrimental to your goals .
