Today is my last day in week 2 of phase 1 (Day 14). My macros are changing tomorrow. I am still kind of shocked by the immediate progress I'm seeing, down almost 10 pounds. When I set out on this process I weighed 186 lbs. My goal was set at 160 lbs (and that seemed extreme to me). I'm thinking of adjusting the goal to something like 155 lbs. How would I go about doing that? Is it as simple as changing my goal weight on the title page of the spreadsheet? I don't want to mess up any of info already saved. Also, if this is a bad idea to change goals mid-process, let me know 🙂

No change is needed, I believe. I've kind of looked and played around with the formulas in the spreadsheet. But I'll double check with @theketoroad, but I don't think your weight goal has a factor in how the spreadsheet will run.
@soberketodad , @abby1885 is correct, I dont see why it would change anything. Go for it!
