You would use the induction macros. Have you been tracking previous to this and have an idea of what you were at?

We didn't realize an answer had been posted. We started my wife at the maintenance calories from the macro calculator since these were already below where she had been. Induction would have started her at under 1400 calories and we were concerned that she wouldn't have enough "runway" to complete the cut. Plus this would have been an immediate drop of 400-500 calories from where she had been.
We're going to roll with it knowing that it may take some additional time to see results.
Great choice as to not have dropped her calories. Did you start with onboarding or phase 1 of the course?
