Hi Robert and Hi Crystal. Congratulations on your third keto brick sell out. I'm looking forward to hearing all about the marathon you ran yesterday and how you're feeling right now. So I'm not sure if I'm doing this right with my training. I have thick big legs, no hips and very small upper body. I'm lifting heavy for upper body to build muscle but I'm doing lighter with more reps on lower body so I can become more symmetrically muscular. I'm I doing this correctly?
